What kind of food is Brick & Flour?
Modern Mexican food, cooked to order: tacos, burritos, tortas, bowls and tostadas built on the same house fillings, with fries on the side. Authentically inauthentic, and fine with it.
Does Brick & Flour cater?
Yes. Catering packages feed 10 to 25 people with half sheets of tacos, rice and beans, plus pico de gallo, onions, cilantro and both salsas. Half trays of carne asada fries and nachos are on the catering menu too. Every catering order needs an hour of prep, so order ahead online or call the Glendale store.
